As we all know, the world is changing constantly. Yoda is a project that started many years ago and the political situation has changed a bit, so country data varies.
Here are all the changes that should be reflected in future versions of YS:
SERBIA and MONTENEGRO are two different entities now, each with its own national team, league, etc. Serbia has FIFA code SRB, and Montenegro has code MNE. These two countries in different languages are:

The Netherlands Antilles does not exist anymore. The team under that name was replaced by Curaçao, code CUW.

A few months ago, South Sudan was formed. The country code is SSD.

Burma/Myanmar had its flag changed. Venezuela had its flag changed. Libya had its flag changed following a regime change. So did Iraq with its flag. It has been a while since Lesotho changed their flag. The same with DR Congo's national flag.
