Beta 0.71 second preview (linux)

Notes:
- it's the beta 0.70 translated to blitzmax
- windowed mode restored
- passing improved
- various bug fixes
- mouse is disabled by default
- 'c' is the default fire key 1 (instead of Left Ctrl)

Here's the first linux version! Tested under Debian Sarge and Ubuntu Hoary.
OpenGL drivers are needed.

Provato su RedHat 9.0 sembra OK (hardware insufficente per
testare il tutto completamente ma suono OK ed ho visto la prima schermata)
