How to make substitution in Ysoccer16 (win64)?

Great fun to play this game. But how to make substitution when coaching a team?
I thought it was by using the "left" key and then the "enter" button to pull out the substitute bench. But it does not seem to work.

Then I understand. I can imagine it's very time-consuming to reprogram etc.
You write that the issue of replacing players will be fixed in the next version. That sounds exciting. Is it going to come one, and you know when?

It'll come, but at present we don't know when.
