Added training option for Ysoccer version 14.

Hi,
For version 14 (not java) I have enabled the two options "penalty" and "punishment" in the training menu. For those who want to have fun just copy the attached ysoccer.exe file in the ysoccer14 folder and start. There are also the two source files (blitzmax) that i modified. I wanted to ask Massimo which tools was used to develop version 16 written in java. Thank you.

New change: now even "bot" players make head shots and tackles. Added fouls and punishments also. Copy the ysoccer.exe file to the ysoccer14 folder (downloadable at https://sourceforge.net/projects/ysoccer/files/) and start.
Also inserted the bmx files that I modified (highlighted with "*").
All just waiting for Massimo and his team to finish their masterpiece.
