How do I add custom Kits and Logos

I'm trying to make a premier league and championship league in this game using their kits and logos ..

How do I go about doing this?

I would of thought I could just make the kit as a .PNG like how they're shown in the game and put it in the images/kit folder

but whenever i do this it crashes the game

Love the idea of this game but wish I knew how to actually create and add my own stuff!

Hi ryannewbz,
please follow the instructions in docs/readme.htm.
Make sure to use paletted 256 colors png with transparency (i.e. don't use truecolor png).
