no crowd chants or commentry help please

i have sound affects,but no crowd chants or commentry i have them switched on and they look like there is some filies there but nothing,please can someone help me to get them working.

p.s a sound effect when the ball hits the back of the net would be cool and even a net bulge. ( just trying to throw some ideas around)
