Ingame referee

I'd really like to see an ingame referee in the next update, he could just follow the ball, blow his whistle and show cards. And you could select the ref's colours when setting up the team colours, also there could be different ref's of varying harshness/appearance. All of this would be editable.

Well, a referee is likely to appear in yoda's pitches, but when... we don't know
