It's compiled with the old version, the new one needs to be tested for some time.

At present only weather effects are ready.
We're working on custom leagues & Other Things® for the 0.72.

Heading & tackling are planned for 0.73.

Then I'll wait till 0.73. No point for me playing with weather effects without the main gameplay being in place.

Keep up the good work though!

We won't force you to download the 0.72.
However we release betas not for playing (not yet) but only to try it, feel the progress and testing.

Thank you for your impressions.

Any chance of implementing a referee for the next version? Just take all the player sprites, make them one colour (black), add card and whistle sprites then code him to follow the ball never coming within a certain distance of it.

At present we're not in a hurry for the referee. We'll add it together with faults.
