- weather effects: rain, snow, fog (two level of intensity)

Notes:
- weather effects require a fast pc: if you experience slowdown, you can limit the intensity or disable them at all from 'match options'
- the format of *.yst files has been changed. In the 'data' folder you can find a converter from the previous versions (70/71)
