Management Sim, Not Not a Sim?

I heard about Futera Seeker FC. It's anew team in Thailand that will let fans have input to management decisions during the course of the match.
Sounds like it will be awesome, or a total failure.
I'm kind of interested in checking it out though.
So, successful, or a total failure? Opinions?
