Hi guys!
I've just found out about this game and since there is a Mac version, I'm here to help.
So, since I'm portuguese and I see you don't have much info about our teams, I've decided to help on the team.
So, if you'd be so kind to help me by telling me wich files to edit, I'll be more that happy to help by creating portuguese teams, kits and getting logos.
Abraço!
by the way: I'm one of the kit editors for portuguese PES5 team PES.COM.PT. I believe I coud be a good help because I know the teams.

Hi Calenulma and welcome.

That's good, because we don't have the knowledge nor the resources to create the database, we only work on the game!

The team files are in the 'data' folders. You can edit them using the internal editor or a text editor (they are simple text file).
More info here:
http://yodasoccer.sourceforge.net/tech.htm
With the internal editor you can change almost everything, but you can not:
- add or delete teams
- change the division number
With the text editor you can do everything but it is requires you to know all the codes.
Logos are simple to add. Some info here:
http://yodasoccer.sourceforge.net/readme.htm
Regarding custom kits, it's a little more complicated, you would better contact Daniele if you want to make them.

Can't I even add a custom team? I usualy create a team with my friends.
Anyway: I'll try to create a new portuguese league and I'll try to keep you guys updated.
Meanwhile, I'll just look around for bugs because my game has a graphic bug. The players just multiply like crazy!
p.s. Just found out that the big resolutions give us a full view of the field. EXCELLENT!

Adding a team is quite easy using a text editor, just open team_cus.yst and copy&paste an existing team. Remember to change the team number (each team should have a different team number).

Other people have the same problem. Unfortunately I cannot reproduce the problem in any of the computer I have access

Hi, it's me again (same as last post only I forgot o log in last time)!
Hum... I got to sneak a bit around the files to create teams and all but... don't you have a guide or something?
I mean: there are some numbers I don't quite understand.
e.g.
#Number :008
Country :POL
Name :NOWY DW”R MAZ.
Tactics :0
What is that team number?
Is POR used to Portugal?
Tactics... can I uset it in order as displayed in-game?
I believe that's just about it because the rest I can figure out myself.
Ciao!

It's a unique number that identifies the team in his country.
You can give any number you like, provided each team has a different number.
The game also uses this number to find the right logo.

I mean:
0 for the first tactic we see on the tactics menu, 1 for the second and so on...
I meant li in the guide.
Tactics table
0 = 4-4-2
1 = 5-4-1
2 = 4-5-1...
Now that I saw the "do it yourself" doc, I think I can manage myself.
Grazie!

I think country codes displayed in that web are those from ISO 3166-1, more info here:
