Some goodies for you all. Since I have been bored for some days I started drawing kits for Yoda (not charsets) and by now, two of them are available for the Japanese J-League:

Júbilo Iwata
Proper kit colours can be found in the Colours of Football forum or the respective official web sites.
To use them, just download and place them in %yoda_soccer_dir%\images\custom\clubs\jpn\xxx where xxx stands for the key name of the team (check game's docs for that), renaming them to kit.png (both of them are suitable for home and away games as changes are minimal.
