Cant get game to work

Excuse my ignorance but I get five options at the start, all to do with configuration and nothing to play the game, am I running the wrong file?

Hi Hugo,
clic 'Friendly', then select computer's team (red) and your team (blu) then clic 'play friendly', that's all!
